www.thehds.com The UK Historical Diving Society, which is well worth joining. As well as having two working equipment groups, it publishes it’s own magazine three times a year and has just stated publishing an annual research journal for members.

www.trinitymarine.co.uk Dealers in marine and nautical antiques they also have a good selection of diving material; Siebe Gorman helmets through to Russian weights.

www.antiques-marine.com This is a Russian site (in English) that has a mix of diving and optical items for sale. The diving kit is mainly Navy rebreathers and new’ish knives but also stock 3 bolt suits and from time to time, have some real gems.

http://www.hybdiving.com/ An American site that has a good discussion board (tends to be mainly ‘for sale’ or ‘wanted’) that also makes replacement weights for Morse and Miller Dunn shallow water weights - check out their links page for some more sites!

http://www.pieds-lourds.com/ Excellent French site with some good information on makers marks etc. on a whole range of diving goods from different countries.
