Diving Weights  – Standard chest and back weights.

Originally, these would have been standard lead weights either Heinke or Siebe Gorman so of course when the Russian's started making their own, they followed the same pattern and weight, c.16 kilos front and back.

As a direct result of the shortage of raw materials towards the end of the war world 2, iron weights (18 kilos front and back) were introduced with production continuing up until the 60’s when a new pattern of lead weights was introduced.

and jock strap robes. The smaller ropes on the right of the

The ‘new pattern’ of lead weights incorporates a webbing jock strap with securing handle. These weights were supplied in a wooden box with a factory certificate.
